What the regulars actually say

“Finally a lunch that does not put me to sleep by 3 PM. The protein number on every bowl is the reason I switched from my regular tiffin.”

“I am lactose intolerant and the app actually flags the bowls with dairy. Nobody else in Gurugram does this properly.”

“We order for eight people every Wednesday. One invoice, everything arrives together, and the packaging survives the Sohna Road traffic.”

Before you order

The things people ask us most. Anything else — WhatsApp 98200 41277 and a human replies.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across South Gurugram — Sectors 47 to 56, Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, DLF Cyber Hub and nearby societies. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will tell you straight away if you are in range.

What is the difference between Pool and Lightning?

Pool delivery is free and takes 30–45 minutes because your bowl travels with other orders headed the same way. Lightning is ₹39 and comes straight to you in 20–25 minutes.

Do you take cash on delivery?

No. All orders are prepaid by UPI, card or Bowlery wallet. It keeps deliveries quick and contactless, and your bill is always settled before the rider leaves the kitchen.

Is the food pure veg?

Yes — every item on our menu is 100% vegetarian and marked with the green symbol. There is no egg, chicken or fish anywhere in our kitchen, and no non-veg add-ons.

Can I get Jain or no onion-garlic bowls?

Yes. Choose "Jain / no onion-garlic" while customising any eligible bowl and the kitchen prepares it without onion, garlic or root vegetables.

How fresh is fresh?

Vegetables are chopped the same morning and nothing is held over to the next day. Whatever is unsold at 9 PM goes to a local food bank, never back into tomorrow's bowl.

Can I order lunch for my whole team?

Yes — use the team quote form. You get one order, one invoice and everything delivered together in your slot.

Are there any extra charges at checkout?

None. The price on the card is the full price — ₹180 for a salad bowl, ₹149 for a fruit salad, Aarogya bowl or sandwich. No taxes, no packaging fee, no handling or platform charge, and no surge pricing when it rains. Pool delivery is free every single time. The only optional add-on is Lightning delivery at ₹39 if you are in a hurry.

Can I tip the delivery rider?

There is no tip option on the website, and that is on purpose. If your rider did well, hand them something at the door — it goes straight into their pocket, in full, without us in the middle. They are on a fixed salary either way, so a tip is a bonus, never something they depend on.
