The things people check first
How does billing work?
You pay once at the start of the cycle and nothing after that. No auto-debit, no card stored on our side — when the cycle ends you decide again, and the payment runs through the gateway fresh each time.
What if I travel or fall ill?
Pause for 3 days, a week, two weeks or a month from your account. Paused days are not counted, so your bowls simply wait for you.
Can I skip just one day?
Yes. Tap that date in your subscription calendar before 9 PM the night before. The bowl rolls over to the end of your cycle — you never lose a meal.
Can I change the delivery time?
Yes. Pick any one-hour slot between 8 AM and 8 PM as your usual time, and change it from your account whenever you like. You can also move a single delivery to a different hour without touching the rest of the week — tap that day in your calendar and choose a slot.
Do I have to eat the same bowl daily?
No. You pick up to five bowls to start, and after that you can add more, drop any of them, or put a completely different bowl on a single day. Every bowl in a plan is ₹180, so a swap never costs you extra.
Can I cancel midway?
Yes, from your account, without calling anyone. Every unused bowl comes back to your Bowlery wallet within 24 hours at your plan price — you are never charged the à la carte rate for leaving.
Is delivery really free every day?
Yes, Pool delivery is included for the whole cycle.
