Privacy policy
Bowlery is a small kitchen delivering salads, fruit bowls and sandwiches in South Gurugram. This is what we keep about you and why.
What we collect
Your mobile number (to sign you in), your name, delivery addresses (and, only if you tap “use my current location”, the map position of that address), your orders, your wallet and subscription activity, and the preferences you set. If you add an email address, we use it for order emails.
Why
To take and deliver your orders, run your wallet and subscription, send order updates, and, if you opt in, one notification a day at most. We do not sell your data and we do not show third-party ads.
Who handles it for us
Supabase (our database and sign-in, hosted in India), Razorpay (payments; we never see or store your card or UPI details), Google (email delivery through Gmail, encrypted database backups in Google Drive), and our hosting provider. Delivery addresses are shared with our rider for the delivery. If you use the location button, the position is looked up through OpenStreetMap or Google Maps.
How long
Order records are kept for accounting and refund purposes. You can delete saved addresses yourself at any time from your account.
Your choices
You can turn notifications off in your account or in your browser, and ask us to correct or delete your account by writing to bowlery.in@gmail.com.
